Putting our heart and soul into each tour we organise, we are absolutely thrilled with the feedback we have received so far!

Thank you so much for a lovely trip, the pupils really enjoyed it and it was so well planned. You couldn’t have done any more for us. Our pupils have been exposed to such a wide range of experiences that will stay with them for life. The trip really helped some of our more reserved pupils to build confidence and make new friends, watching them grow and have fun on the trip was so lovely for us teachers to witness.

They particularly enjoyed Festyland and the visit to Jules Michélet school. Laetitia was brilliant and we hope to continue our school link with her, I will be in touch with her soon regarding a pen-pal scheme and a potential visit to us at BTH in the future.

We will certainly be coming back next year.

A massive thank you for organising such a brilliant tour for the young musicians of Southampton.  All your help and support was very much appreciated by all and all the staff were saying how fantastic you were over the week.  Thank you so much.

I just wanted to say that we all had an absolutely brilliant time in Normandy and it was in no small part due to the huge amount of work you had done in preparation. The concerts were a particular highlight and it was great to have full, enthusiastic audiences at each one. Thank you so much for organising such an excellent trip for us, and we look forward to coming back to Normandy again!

A huge thanks again for your support in setting up and running our tour. We all had a fabulous time and loads of the students said it was the best trip they’ve ever been on. I have also attached the article two of the Year 10s on the trip wrote for our school newsletter – think it expresses how much they enjoyed it! (click here for the newletter article)

“We had an incredible time in Normandy. Thank you so much for everything that you did to make it such a wonderful experience. I know that Susan – her even more so because she dealt with you in more detail and took on the main role of responsibility – will agree, that you were an absolute pleasure to work with, a brilliant communicator and we felt very at-ease for the whole process. The students had a good time, some good music was sung, connections made, many memories and positive culture formed. We are very grateful to you Chris.”

“After our productive meetings I can confirm that our school, the Ecole du Bon Pasteur de Lisieux, would be delighted to welcome groups from UK schools. As discussed, English Language has been at the centre of our school vision for many years now. For this reason, we have an English teacher providing daily tuition to all our students, from year 1. Furthermore, we have large open spaces and several unused classrooms at our school, which would allow us to very easily accommodate visiting groups. We hope that several English schools will be interested in forming a partnership with us to help nurture future friendships.”

“Musique Anglo-Normande were fantastic. The itinerary put together worked perfectly. Chris is deeply involved in the local music scene, which meant that our concerts were well-attended and involved local musicians. Similarly the activities were all lots of fun and the accommodation worked perfectly. Having Chris around most of the time meant that everything ran incredibly smoothly. I could not name a single negative about Musique Anglo-Normande and would highly recommend them.”

“Barisons Singers have been touring for 20 years but this was our first post covid tour, and it is safe to say what a fantastic tour it was.  The people were lovely, and the organisation was 100% spot on.

From the coach company supplying the most helpful and friendly coach driver, to Chris from musiqueanglonormande.com being hands on every step of the way.

A sold out concert and a fantastic collaboration with a local choir to perform Mozart’s Requiem made our first post covid tour a huge success.

The chance to sing for a Mass at the Basilica was also a fantastic opportunity and one to add to any choir’s list.

The price was very reasonable and all was included which made the days easier for all involved.

I would highly recommend musiqueanglonormande.com for any Normandy tour.”
