A day to enjoy the famous beach of Deauville, explore the remarkable ‘Les Franciscaines’ cultural centre, and perform in a beautiful church.

The expansive beachfront at Deauville is a busy and bustling place, and your group can enjoy some free time exploring in the morning, perhaps setting up beach games on the sand which stretches along for miles as far as the eye can see!
The town centre is full of art galleries, shops, and cafes, and at various points through the year the port area at adjacent Trouville has a large funfair in situe.

Les Franciscaines, a former place of worship built in the 19th century, was acquired by the Town of Deauville in 2012. A 25 million euro restauration project was completed in 2019, creating a truly innovative cultural facility, bringing together a museum, art exhibition, state-of-the-art media library, and café.
Your group can have some free time to explore the museum (the media library section is particularly hands-on with lots of digital media stations), and see one of the exhibitions.
Les Franciscaines is located just adjacent to a beautiful church – L’Eglise Saint Augustin de Deauville – who are keen to host performances from visiting groups. So following the day of beach and museum your group can set up in the church for an evening concert, perhaps in partnership with one of the local music schools.
